- Usage data: in-product action logs (used for diagnostics and product improvement)
- Device data: browser version, OS, IP (used for security)

Strictly for:
- Providing and improving InsClaw products and services
- Service-related communication (billing, security, product updates)
- Legal compliance when required
We do not use your personal data to train any model and we do not sell it to third parties.
3. Storage & security
- Local-first: desktop app stores brand assets on your machine by default
- In transit: TLS 1.3+
- At rest: AES-256
- Access: least-privilege internal audits
4. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access, correct or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent
- File a complaint with the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction
